How long does a consultation take?

Your consultation as a new patient should take less than 15 minutes on average. Subsequent visits can be completed in just 8 to 12 minutes. Patients, however, are not on the clock — no time limit is placed on a visit. With numerous physicians available, patients do not have to wait long before a consult begins.

How do I know the doctor I’m talking to is qualified?

All OnMed® clinicians are board-certified or board eligible.

Can I get a prescription?

The OnMed® Station is no different than your doctor’s office or hospital in placing the highest premium on patient privacy. The OnMed® Station is fully HIPAA compliant. Patient records are not stored in the unit; all data is transferred to a secure cloud server. The OnMed® staff has undergone extensive privacy training to protect your medical records.

Is my information secure and protected?

Does OnMed® Mobile accept health insurance?

At this moment, OnMed® does not accept health insurance, however we look forward to serving our patients and accepting health insurance in the near future.

Who can use the OnMed® app?

Anyone over the age of 2 years old with a smart phone is able to use our app. Invited patients receiving CoVID-19 testing at OnMed® are the first to receive real-time teleheath visits with our app.
